ICD10 enum description mismatch

D04.9. should be Carcinoma in situ of skin, unspecified" (Bowen's disease).
But its description is "Adenocarcinoma - Apocrine - In situ - Unspecified site",

This is fixed by #186 (merged 2026-05-20), which rebuilds the ICD-10 enum from the CDC FY2026 order file. The old enum was parsed from the alphabetical index and had several mismatched descriptions. The rebuilt enum has 98,186 codes with correct descriptions directly from the CDC source.

The fix will be included in the next schema release. In the meantime, D04.9 is the correct code — the label in the current release is wrong, not the code itself.
