Unable to install to Cursor

Can this extension also be made available on Cursor's extension marketplace? I believe it would need to be added to the Open VSX Registry to allow it to be installed to VSCode-compatible editors as Microsoft now blocks VSCode forks from using the VSCode Extensions marketplace

Hey @CharlieDixon , you can reload the cursor IDE window by just doing ctrl + shift + p (this is for Cursor IDE in Windows OS) and searching for reload. You can then select the Developer: Reload Window to reload the IDE.

This seems to be an issue with Cursor rather than this extension itself.
Even if I search the exact extension id natqe.reload in Cursor, it returns back "No extensions found.".

For cursor to show this extension, it needs to be available on OpenVSX. Please see this thread for more details. My understanding is that Cursor does not have access to VSCode marketplace due to Microsoft terms of use. So, extensions that show up in VSCode don't usually show up for Cursor unless the same extension is published to OpenVSX.

In the meantime, here are the steps to manually compile & install the extension for Cursor:

1. Clone the repo and cd into the root directory
2. Install dependencies (--ignore-scripts flag is required to avoid network error in the package's postinstall script)

npm install --ignore-scripts

3. Compile TypeScript

npm run compile

4. Package extension

npm install -g @vscode/vsce # Install the VSCE packaging tool (if you don't already have it)
vsce package

Now you have the .vsix file, open the command palette in Cursor with Cmd+Shift+P and type "Install from VSIX" and select the reload-0.0.7.vsix file to install the extension
