"You are in the lead" message needs to be delayed

Been practicing with AI and during a close battle with AI I barely passed the leader. Message was announced almost immediately. That does not sound natural, and also it is better to have some validation period, maybe 5 secs or something, to see if lead is solid.

as we discussed, i think this is an edge case where a position reminder for P2 is getting queued and just happens to play immediately after you passed the leader. The message content is resolved immediately before playing so it would change from a "you're P2" to "you're leading" before playing. I'll leave this open in case my fix for that issue doesn't resolve this one
