Weird behavior after running the app

Hey, so i ran the app and i got updates for my 118 deep sleeping apps but theres a weird beĥavior after i ran runner - some deep sleeping apps seem to run in background now? turning screen off or rebooting doesnt take any effect which is kinda weird

Same for me on a Samsung 23+, OneUI 8.5/Android 16. I ran Runner once. The vast majority of apps on my Deep Sleeping list have been removed from that list. Rebooting did not fix this. I have a screenshot (b/c I saw this was a potential problem int he Issue tracker) of my Deep Sleeping list before and after running Runner, I'm happy to share with you privately if that would help.
