[BUG] Microsoft Graph Toolkit - Teams Channel Picker - Small blue line visible/flicker when I click on the channel picker component

Description:
When I click on the channel picker component, I can see a small blue line appear under the component near the center.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select a channel
2. Now click on the channel picker component.

Current behaviour
I can see a small blue line appear or flicker whenever I click on the picker. It appears near the center.

Expected behavior
No line should flicker when I click on the component.
