I am getting this error when I try the pac pages upload-code-site as part of Portals bring your own code sample

I was getting this as well! I did a couple things that helped me resolve the issue.

First, make sure your pac cli is on the latest version, you can use pac install latest to update to the most recent version.

Second, I was receiving that error when executing the command from the VS Code powershell terminal. But once I switched over to the windows command prompt it began working for me.
