Dropdown list for tts entities

It would be helpful to have a dropdown list to choose from all available tts entities in HA.

Good news, @ludgerbeckmann — shipped in v3.4.0! 🎉

The TTS setting is now a dropdown of all tts.* entities registered in Home Assistant, no more typing entity IDs by hand. Auto-selects the first available one on first-run, and you can switch any time from the wizard.

Tracked as #1073, landed via #1079.
