Contributing

Requirements

python version 3.8 or later

All the required python modules are listed in requirements.txt

Installation

To install the required python modules, run the following command:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Usage

  1. Modify uci_config.py or use it as it for using the sample dataset from uci heart disease

  2. python uci_demo.py

  3. the outputs ncluding the synthesized data and the results from cross-validation will be in output_uci/

Testing

Check the output directory to see if the synthesized data is there as well as the log file and all the cross-validation related files and a report pdf file.

Branches & pull requests

We use the git-flow branch strategy. Features should be based off the develop branch and merged using GitHub pull requests.
