RPL-1.5 applies reciprocal source-availability duties when the software or an
Extension is Deployed, including internal organizational use other than Research
or Personal Use. Section 6 requires Deployed Modifications, Derivative Works,
and Required Components to be made available as Source Code through a publicly
accessible electronic distribution mechanism. Distributors and deployers are
responsible for reading and satisfying the complete license, including its
notice, modification-description, attribution, and source-availability terms.

Third-party dependencies and services retain their own copyright and license
terms. Their inclusion does not relicense those works under RPL-1.5.
Vendored Spartan UI-derived source remains under its upstream MIT license;
its exact file scope, copyright notice, license text, and local modification
summary are in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.

The canonical Exhibit A notice is included inline in first-party distributed
source and control files wherever their syntax supports comments. Generated
files, third-party lockfiles, images and binary assets, JSON and other
structurally commentless manifests, Markdown documentation, LICENSE copies,
central notice files, and files whose structure cannot safely contain comments
are covered here and by LICENSE-HEADER.txt instead. The canonical notice is:
