Change Node.js dependency

Would it be possible to remove (or update) the dependency on Node.js versions, see [this line](https://github.com/matteodelabre/saxophone/blob/732d7f353e78b2f106792d55d077a8c48c987a4e/package.json#L26)? Node.js version 20.9 is a LTS release and as far as I can tell this package works just fine on 20.9.
