Description
Not sure, should it be reported as a feature or UX bug.
If a user hasn’t uploaded a cover image, a placeholder (grey background) is displayed. The placeholder remains while scrolling. I guess this is expected behavior, but from a UX/UI perspective, it looks like a glitch. I also believe a liquid glass buttons looks less aesthetic while showing the placeholder.
Suggested Solution
In viewing mode, do not show a placeholder if the profile doesn’t have a cover image.
Alternatives
In viewing mode, show grey placeholder before scrolling (when the header is maximized), but hide it while scrolling.
