Welcome to the community forum for OSPy – OpenSprinkler Python, an open-source irrigation controller for Raspberry Pi and compatible hardware.

Before starting a discussion

4. Provide enough information for others to understand the question.

When asking for technical help, please include where relevant:

• OSPy version
• Raspberry Pi model or other hardware
• Operating-system version
• OpenSprinkler or relay-board type
• Related plug-ins
• Steps that lead to the problem
• Relevant log messages

You can write in your preferred language, but English will usually make it easier for more community members to help.

Bugs and reproducible problems

If you have found a specific software error, please create a report in OSPy Issues or use the Feedback page in your OSPy web interface. Include clear reproduction steps and the expected and actual behavior.

Protect your privacy

Discussions are public. Never publish passwords, API keys, authentication codes, private certificates, complete configuration backups, public IP addresses, or other sensitive information. Remove private data from logs and screenshots before posting.

Please be respectful, patient, and open-minded. OSPy is developed and supported by its community, and every useful question, answer, test, and idea can help improve the project.
