Add a simple “Notes” section to any entity’s More info dialog so you can keep device locations, maintenance hints, wiring details, and other context right where you need it.

- Notes persist across restarts

This integration is available in the HACS default repository.
- In Home Assistant, open HACS → Integrations
- Search for Entity Notes
- Install the integration
- Restart Home Assistant
- Click any entity to open More info
- Scroll to Notes
- Type your note and Save (use Delete to clear a note)
- Empty notes are cleaned up automatically
- Notes are stored locally in your HA instance
