Stuck at OpeningPickaxeShulker state if server lags player back

If the bot can't reach the shulker box during the OpeningPickaxeShulker state then it should go back to the GoingToPlaceLocPickaxeShulker state.

Same with OpeningGappleShulker to GoingToPlaceLocGappleShulker
