Electron version update

Please update to latest Electron version so we can play with the latest JavaScript features.

@semmel I'm currently working on an update for RunJS that will include the latest Electron version.

What are the latest JavaScript features you're keen to play with?

Good to know, that there is prospect for a new version. Then I'll extend my subscription.

Here some new JS features which currently don't work in RunJS

• Resource Management (using using) "SyntaxError: Support for the experimental syntax 'explicitResourceManagement' is not currently enabled"
• sumPrecise "TypeError: Math.sumPrecise is not a function"
• Temporal "ReferenceError: Temporal is not defined"

Looks like using and Temporal will be supported, but sumPrecise relies on Chromium 147, which is not yet in Electron.
