Revise docs/specs/00-spec-chapter-11-appdev/00-spec-chapter-11-appdev.md to v2.0: six-month timeline for college seniors (replaces 2-3 weeks), AWS via committed in-repo Terraform (replaces 'no cloud services'; no GitHub Actions coupling), framework-agnostic / different-language-per-section as an explicit design decision, open-source self-containment (examples/ = cd + make), generous front-matter time estimates guideline, add the standalone infra spec to the spec table, and fix the stale status table (spec 02 content built in #914, ARM validation pending; spec 03 spec written, tasks missing; spec 04 questions in flight). Resolved in PR #928: revised the Chapter 11 parent spec (docs/specs/00-spec-chapter-11-appdev/00-spec-chapter-11-appdev.md) to v2.0, encoding the 2026-07-23 planning meeting decisions — the six-month bootcamp timeline (replacing the 2-3 week budget) with a generous front-matter time-estimate guideline, AWS-via-committed-Terraform infrastructure (replacing the no-external-services constraint, no GitHub Actions coupling, self-contained under examples/) per the deployment research in #921, the framework-agnostic/one-language-per-section and open-source design decisions, a new standalone Spec 08 (Infrastructure) consumed by Specs 06-07, and corrected status tracking for Specs 01-04 with a link to the wayfinder map (#915) for remaining open decisions. Lint passes with 0 issues.
