Settings ask for Spee.ch Account that cannot be Created

DESCRIPTION:
In order to setup LBRYPress the user must create a spee.ch account and enter that login information into the Plugin Settings. However, the spee.ch website appears to no longer support the creation of accounts.

REPRO STEPS:

1. Log into self-hosted Wordpress site w/ LBRYPress Plugin
2. Go to LBRYPress Settings

Results: spee.ch account information is requested

Expected: spee.ch account information not requested
