Jumps between languages

Using Parakeet model the transcription jumps between german and english. The Person talking ha a south german or Suisse accent.

An option to force the model to transcribe in a specific language would be great. Apps like mac whisper have this option.

Unfortunately Parakeet doesn't allow an explicit language choice, but Whisper does. We have added an explicit language choice (for Whisper) to the TestFlight version of ScriptStar. If this works well, it will go live after testing.
