Feature — Compatibility problems when upgrading to Spring AI 1.1

I found that attempting to upgrade from Spring AI 1.0.x to 1.1.x leads to several compatibility issues in deepagents. These include:

AssistantMessage parsing errors

If Spring AI 1.1 support is planned or expected in the future, I would be happy to help test it.
