Subject: [PATCH] chore: disable indexing and update site URL for
 v1.kunalkeshan.dev move

- robots.txt: disallow all crawlers, update sitemap URL
- _document.tsx: set robots meta to noindex, nofollow; metaWebsite now
  reads NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL with v1.kunalkeshan.dev fallback
- sitemap.xml.ts: update SITE_URL fallback to v1.kunalkeshan.dev
- .env.sample: document new NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL var
