fix: remove outdated Create a Kosli account prerequisite (#158)
## Summary - Removed the "Create a Kosli account" prerequisite from the Try Kosli locally tutorial - This signup link is no longer valid due to login changes made this year --------- Co-authored-by: mintlify[bot] <109931778+mintlify[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
