API endpoint to display the supported languages

It would be nice to have a dedicated endpoint to display the supported languages or for them to be displayed in the status endpoint.

That could easily be part of the status endpoint response.

A supported-languages endpoint would be more useful if it reflects the actual imported dataset/config rather than a hard-coded list. Some deployments may index only a subset of languages or custom fields. Returning language metadata from the loaded index, with a cacheable response, would make clients safer than assuming the public demo’s language set.
