When customers use guest-accounts in our Shopware shop, they are synced to Klaviyo as seperate entities.
This is of course intended behaviour, as the guest accounts in Shopware are also different accounts.
However for the marketing flows in Klaviyo we would like them to be grouped, instead of synced separately with their own 'external_id'
Would it be possible to make a setting in the plugin-configuration that enables the option to NOT send the external_id in the Klaviyo sync for guest accounts?
This could solve the problem of (lots of) duplicate guest accounts in Klaviyo.
Hopefully the requirements are clear, and this is possible
