Subject: [PATCH] Add StatusReport plugin to the directory

Add StatusReport 1.0.0 to the official Kanboard plugin directory.

StatusReport allows selected task comments to be classified as status reports, with the latest classified report becoming the task's Current Status while preserving the previous reports in the comment history.

Compatible with Kanboard >= 1.2.50.
