AGENT: Follow-up from the roadmap-reconcile PR (#50). That PR declared Spanish/Japanese as RETIRED-TERMs and reconciled architecture.md §8, but deliberately left the old-stack vocabulary alone: the shipped topology is a Cloudflare Worker apex router → GCP Cloud Run, yet several docs still say Cloudflare Pages, Neon, Azure (TTS), and the retired split-origin subdomains (api.lexercon.com, zh.lexercon.com).
These weren't retired in #50 because they're murkier than the target-language pivot — some still describe legitimate future-phase choices in the ADRs (e.g. Neon as the Phase-3 datastore, Azure TTS as the Phase-1 audio provider). Retiring them needs a per-doc judgment pass: distinguish a stale shipped-topology claim (fix) from a planned future-phase choice (keep, or re-decide).
Scope (from the #50 sweep): docs/plans/architecture.md (14), docs/decisions/hosting-walking-skeleton.md (13), docs/plans/chinese-instance-design.md (6), docs/decisions/decisions-log.md (5, history — tag), + others. When done: optionally declare the truly-dead ones as RETIRED-TERMs so the (now-armed) concept-drift gate keeps them out.
Severity: low — doc hygiene, no runtime impact. Surfaced by the @julianken-bot review of #50.
