Feature req: Allow passing IP and network as part of the URL

The subnet calculator would be even more useful if you could pass variables in the link to it in the form of
https://cactiserver/cacti/plugins/ipsubnet/ipsubnet.php?IP=192.168.1.10/22

That way we could have links to specific subnets in our documentation and open the calculator with all the fields already filled out!
