[Feature] Detailed Battery Information Screen

Hello!

I would like to be able to see the battery in Ctrl, with a wired/wireless indicator at the side.

It could be its own 'Battery' section under 'Thumbstick deadzone' but before 'Advanced' in the sidebar.

The following information should be displayed:

1. The current battery percentage
   • Show to two decimal points if possible. '87.42%' charge left for example
2. Whether the cable is plugged in or connected wirelessly
   • For troubleshooting connection issues
3. The time left until full charge / time left until battery is depleted (HH:MM:SS)
4. The charging rate of the battery in percentage & watts
   • Ctrl should show if controller is considered to be 'fast charging' like on smartphones if possible
5. Battery health percentage (optional)
6. Max battery capacity in watts (optional)
7. A graph to show battery charge over time
   • This is useful for troubleshooting battery hardware issues, or diagnosing if a battery is not holding charge
   • Allow showing the left axis in watts or percentage
   • Bottom axis shows over the last (hour/30 minutes/some useful amount)
