site forcefully reloads when trying to download a gif from twitter

bug description

the site will reload while trying to download a twitter gif, specifically during transcoding. this happens on community instances too.

reproduction steps

1. copy twitter link
2. paste and download
3. site reloads

Same exact issue here.
It’s the first time happening, it worked before.

It crashes at the transcoding part.
Also have the gif option enabled obviously.
