Can't download videos from vk.com on clip format

bug description

I can't download clips from vk.com. It seems they've changed their security measures, and I haven't been able to find any working services that can download videos from clips.

They have a "Download" button in the website's interface, but when you download using this method, the clip is watermarked with the VK and channel that uploaded it, which is not very convenient

I reproduced this and tracked it down to VK returning title: null for some
clips. Cobalt then threw on video.title.trim() and returned
error.api.fetch.critical.

I submitted a fix in #1580 . The link from this issue is included as a
regression test and now returns a working tunnel response.
