Getting errors when opening thread pane

I am currently setting up my dap adapters etc. and maybe I am doing sth wrong, but I've got nvim-dap-view and nvim-dap-ui installed and when I try to execute a program using the gdb adapter and wanna view the stack frames, I get the following error from nvim-dap-view:

Which does make sense cause nvim-dap-ui does display nil as the thread names. I am debugging a shared library loaded at runtime and nvim-dap-ui does display the stacktrace (of the stack-frames that contain debugging information).

Any pointers on how to fix that or is that a bug?

From a quick glance at the protocol, it looks like the names of threads and stackframes aren't optional, so this must be a bug in the adapter.
