The v0.6.0 tag's workflows asked for sigstore/cosign-installer@v4, which does not exist, so its image, signatures and GitHub release were never published; #159 pins v4.1.2. The v0.6.0 tag stays as it is, marked in the CHANGELOG as not published. Tag this commit as v0.6.1.
