How can I give my model a more up to date version of Node.js in its shell?

Am using Claude Agent SDK. Its shell reports Node.js 20.14.0, I'd like to be able to control what version of Node it uses by default but have no idea how I go about this. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated 🙏

1. What is the motivation behind this? What are you trying to achieve?
2. What does node --version return (what OS)?
3. Does Claude Code CLI work for you?

Ah, don't worry. It turns out I can control it by setting my system's default node version in NVM.
