Subject: [PATCH 1/9] fix(package): correct skills::import install command to
 use skills add subcommand

The _execute_single_install function used an invalid npx command
(npx -y <provider>#<path>) that fails because npx doesn't accept
a bare repo#path argument. Fix: use the proper 'skills add' subcommand
(<cmd> -y skills add <provider>#<path> [--agent <agent>]) and auto-
detect whether to use bunx or npx (preferring bunx when available).

Also update the import test's mock to stub both bunx and npx (since
bunx takes priority on this system) and use the correct argument
position for the provider#path argument.
