Galen - Figure out how to get playwright traces from RRCs and Wave Deploys

We need to figure out how we can get the playwright traces from rolling release channels and wave deploys so authors can investigate failures

Apologies this took me forever to follow up @gtk-grafana- I think the solution here would be for bench to upload the traces to a bucket somewhere. Unfortunately I don't have the bandwidth to take this on, but I do think it would be useful. @joshhunt or @ashharrison90 do you have any use for this as well? I can definitely be a guide if someone has the time to drive claude and figure out setting up buckets and credentials.
