Cloning a course doesn't update the course IDs in the restriction message shortcodes

Reproduction Steps

1. Clone a course
2. Edit the course and view the restriction messages (ie. course time period)

Expected Behavior

ID is updated in the shortcode

Actual Behavior

Has the old course ID
