From 57e348facc920433e9c3e5674e699b1d81cc2b1d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Francesco Novy Date: Thu, 15 Oct 2026 13:34:09 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] ci(e2e): Run all E2E tests when CI config changes The E2E matrix only includes apps affected according to Nx, which doesn't know about `.github/**`. A PR that only changes workflows or actions therefore ran no E2E tests. Like the other test jobs, the matrix now includes everything when `changed_ci` is set.
