Respect locale when displaying temperature

Currently, it appears temperatures always display as Celsius. However, as a stupid American, I would expect that the UI adapts to my locale and shows temps in Fahrenheit instead.

TimeStyle defaults to Fahrenheit, so I figured I'd default Halcyon to Celsius to balance out the universe. It's fairly easy to change the unit in the settings, so I'm not sure if I want to make the default different.

I appreciate that take. Yeah, I found the setting later. You’ll see on the PR I commented that I don’t think it’s really necessary. I think the problem for me was that I had set it previously, but I think all settings are lost when you swap watch faces. So, I may put my energy into persisting those instead. That’ll probably need to be done native app side.
