[firehol_level1]: Internal IP Range in Blocklist!

Hey! I just noticed today that the internal IP range 10.0.0.0/8 is in the blocklist. This could be catostrophic if people use this list to feed firewall ACL rules.

An ‘internet facing’ interface should never receive traffic from a private source IP; this usually indicates spoofed or misrouted traffic.
It only causes problems if the list is incorrectly applied to internal, LAN, VPN or something like container traffic.
