Feature Request: Streaming Wakeword

Since I found not feature request explicitly for this, I am creating this one.

Streaming Wakeword would solve the Openwakeword discussions and use HA onboard-tools to implement.

Does anyone have a working config? I still haven't managed to switch the Voice PE to streaming mode :(. I'd like to use the device with OpenWakeWord.
