[Bug]: running with Exec/CanonicalTests/ABL/inputs_read causes an abort because there are not enough bndry files in Exec/CanonicalTests/ABL/BndryFiles

Summary

The code hits the abort message when I build the executable in ERF/Exec and try to run in Exec/CanonicalTests/ABL with inputs_read. Number of MPI ranks doesn't matter.

Steps to reproduce

build with gmake

Expected behavior

I expected it to find enough files but it needs three and there are only two present.
