Add named integer enums from server.api (account type, margin mode, pool status, RFQ direction, ...)

Adds scripts/openapi_postprocess.py to normalize goctl-swagger's string-valued
integer enums and emit <Model><Field>Enum IntEnum schemas; regenerates the
affected models/docs from the updated openapi.json.
