<h2>It started with 300 tabs and a bad memory.</h2>
<p>
I'm Eddy Scanlan. I built AIOS because I was drowning in the same way you probably are. Hundreds of browser tabs I'd never revisit. A YouTube Watch Later list that grew faster than I could watch it. Bookmarks from two years ago I couldn't remember saving. Ideas that hit me on a walk and were gone by the time I sat down.

I didn't need another note-taking app. I needed something that would capture everything I consumed, process it overnight, and hand me the important parts in the morning. So I built it.
</p>

That was the beginning. What started as a personal script to digest YouTube videos grew into a full system. Today it runs 25+ cron jobs every day. It ingests YouTube, web articles, Reddit, HN, bookmarks, and browser sessions. It builds a knowledge graph that links everything together. It writes my daily briefing, manages my kanban board, audits its own work, and runs self-improvement loops. It has 50+ skills and 105+ tests keeping it honest.

Then I realized something. Other solo founders were drowning the same way. The same information overload. The same scattered tools. The same feeling of always being behind. The system I built for myself could help them. Not a watered-down version. The actual system, configured for their workflows.

Most "AI automation" companies sell you a dashboard and keep the engine hidden. AIOS does the opposite. The core is open source under the MIT license. The skills, the knowledge graph, the cron schedule, the self-improvement loops. All of it is yours to inspect, modify, and extend.
