Distributed items not visible/delayed in app

Description

GMS correctly reads the Master Items from an app, and the distribution to destination app does also seem to work when looking at the log. However, the new master items are not visible within the app itself when opened from the hub.
Looking at the AppObjects table in Postgres table, the master items are correctly populated.
The items are eventually visible in the app after a period of time (½-1 hour).
A restart of Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher seems to do make the items visible immediately.

Qlik Sense has been updated since GMS was installed. Qlik Sense servicedispatcher config file has been updated with the record from GMS config, as stated in the installation instruction.
