Better control for checking updates

Currently Doughnut utilizes Sparkle's default behavior to check for updates. It could be better to add some refined controls:

1. A preference toggle to disable automatic update tracking.
2. A preference option to receive beta versions.
3. Disable update checking for debug builds.
