StatusData::getPowerUsage() does not work for all AC units

as a result the reported values by e.g. esphome are very off.

as a workaround I am currently converting the value 🥲

I am also having this issue with a Midea U+ unit. amigan@49291ae fixes it, but is not really a solution as it invariably is breaking it for other models that do not use BINARY. Perhaps this should be gated by a capability?

Same issue with Carrier 45MAHAQ series, solved by amigan@49291ae.

Also, I found that the device occasionally reports invalid power values (always(?) 0). These invalid values are associated with m_data[3] not equal to 0x44 (e.g. 0x03, 0x41, 0x42), and in these alternate frames many of the other normally-0x00 bytes are lit up with different values. I don't know what additional info these alternate RX frames provide, but I get consistent power values with this change:
