terratest lambda function with cloudwatch trigger

Per yesterday's conversation with @pjdufour-dds :
Add a testing module that will build and deploy a simple lambda function that is triggered by a cloudwatch event, and then destroy after testing is complete.

Expected components:

• terratest script
• examples directory with appropriate .tf files
• test folder with test.go file

Looks like the terraform-module-template was updated yesterday. Before I start, I'm going to make sure that I update the terratest-lambda module with all the most recent changes from the template module. I made this mistake last time, not going to miss it again.

I just noticed that the following comment is in the README for this repo. Seems relevant.

Use the optional cloudwatch_schedule_expression variable to schedule execution of the Lambda using CloudWatch Events.
