Solution:

unzip -o qsv-4.0.0-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.zip

-o → overwrite files without prompting

The error seems like you have the unzipped README in your home directory ~/README from previously running ckan-devstaller. In a future update to ckan-devstaller we can improve it by checking if certain files exist already then asking the user interactively if they're fine with deleting them so that ckan-devstaller can also be ran on systems that have previously used ckan-devstaller and for systems with existing CKAN installations.

What I do is run the following for now (the "uninstaller"):

sudo rm -rf /usr/lib/ckan
sudo rm -rf /etc/ckan
cd ~/
rm -rf qsv*
rm -rf README ckan-compose ahoy dpp_default_config.ini get-docker.sh permissions.sql

I agree once #7 is resolved then this would be resolved. We'll also want to update ckan-devstaller uninstall by then too.
