To add "appendTo" option

Hi,

First of all thank you for the good autocomplete implementation.

It would be great if you could add "appendTo" property to parameters. Currently it is appended to body by default. In my case it doesn't work, as autocomplete input is placed inside overflowed div and suggestions are not positioned correctly after scrolling the page.

Additionally it would be helpful for separation of multiple autocompletes on page.

There's the anchorEl argument. Your autocomplete will be attached right under it. Where in the DOM the autocomplete is attached actually doesn't matter. It's where it's visually positioned that matters.

Unfortunately it doesn't work with nested containers. I use it within SharePoint. A page there has its own scroll bar (non browser scroll bar). In this case positioning doesn't work.

Anyway I tried to to fork your project and add appendTo option by myself. Your propositioning algorithm doesn't work with nested container and scroll. I had to use jQuery-UI position plugin to fix it.

It works much better than your algorithm. Probably you should take some logic from there.
