add ISO 42001 AI Management System mapping to compliance reporter

Enterprise procurement increasingly requires ISO 42001.

I'd like to work on this issue.

My implementation plan is:

1. Add the ISO 42001 mapping file (crucible/data/iso_42001_mapping.json).
2. Extend the compliance engine to support the --standard iso-42001 option.
3. Map existing findings to the appropriate ISO/IEC 42001:2023 controls.
4. Add unit tests to verify the mapping and compliance report generation.

I'll keep the implementation modular and consistent with the existing compliance framework.
