Describe the bug

This can end up being sent endlessly. not sure what the context is that causes it -- not reliable. definitely about unplugging with lid closed etc.

glfw: src/cocoa_monitor.m:559
glfw/error.go:174 does the log message based on the whole async error processing stack there.
